BROOKVILLE Exhibiting Mining and Tunneling Equipment, Freight Locomotives at February and April Trade Events

2/4/2016

BROOKVILLE, Pa. – Brookville Equipment Corporation (BROOKVILLE) will kick off 2016 product exhibitions in Phoenix from Feb. 21-24 at the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) Annual Conference and Expo, followed by exhibits at freight rail and tunneling events in April.

At the SME Annual Conference and Expo, BROOKVILLE will exhibit its custom-manufactured mobile equipment to the underground mining market – including narrow-gauge and low-height locomotives, personnel carriers, mobile maintenance vehicles, combination vehicles, and rubber-tired equipment – in booth 1208.

From April 3-6, BROOKVILLE will be in the Washington, DC region, at Gaylord National Resort, exhibiting freight locomotives in booth 607 at the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) Connections annual trade event. BROOKVILLE’s freight locomotive product line includes EPA-compliant single-engine switching locomotives, CoGenerationTM multi-engine gen-set locomotives, and diesel-hydraulic locomotives built for lower-speed, heavy-haul applications.

Later in the month, from April 25-27, BROOKVILLE will show its line of customizable tunneling locomotives, personnel carriers, and combination vehicles, including MSHA permissible equipment, at the World Tunneling Congress in San Francisco in booth 310. The global event, coming to the United States for the first time in 19 years, will be held in conjunction with SME’s biennial North American Tunneling Conference (NAT).

“We are eager to share the benefits our products offer to our current and prospective customers in the tunneling, mining, and rail markets,” said BROOKVILLE Director of Sales Chris Rhoades. “Since our founding in 1918, we have been an organization that is committed to hands-on partnerships, delivering custom-designed solutions that fulfill our customer’s specific needs – and though the technology has evolved dramatically over the years, we remain devoted to using our experience and forward-thinking approach to maintain that philosophy into the near and distant future.”
