Every other year, Santiago, Chile, hosts a Mining Trade show called EXPOMIN. This international show offers South American mines and suppliers the opportunity to discuss new mining techniques, mineral processing, haulage equipment, and maintain relationships.
Brookville Equipment Corporation has attended the previous two EXPOMINs (2008 & 2010) as part of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania trade group.

Utilizing this opportunity, BEC is able to use Trade Chile’s extensive knowledge of the local market to better maximize its exposure at this trade event. The Pennsylvania group arranges for specific meetings with prospective clients and offers follow-ups after the meetings to assure that the meetings met BROOKVILLE’s goals.

EQUIMIN is our mining representative based in Santiago, Chile. Julio, Matias, and Cristian Romero work daily in the vast number of mines in Chile to promote the BROOKVILLE brand of mining locomotives and large industrial railroad locomotives up to 150 tons. EQUIMIN’s intimate knowledge of mining groups like Codelco and SQM has given BROOKVILLE the opportunity to be considered one of the few suppliers that can meet the harsh conditions of the Chilean mines.

Five People Standing
Equimin and BROOKVILLE personnel talk to a client about equipment needs.

Expomin offers the opportunity to meet with key mine personnel. As BROOKVILLE’s line of locomotives and other haulage equipment expands, so does BROOKVILLE’s list of local representatives. We look forward to each and every opportunity to provide equipment to customers that have a specific and unique application. BROOKVILLE’s goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction while offering cost effective and innovative products that meet the highest quality standards. We look forward to seeing you at our next trade event or at your mine site soon.
