A Word from our Employees

"I graduated from Jeff Tech and started working here in 1995, I've done a lot of different things. I started out welding for mining equipment, worked in inventory, and when we started building battery powered mining equipment, I moved into the electrical department. I've been in the electrical department for 20 years now. I've been to the mines to do some service work and got to see a piece of equipment that I built being used. We're now building streetcars that are going out all around the country and that's pretty cool. My family and I have taken trips where we've been on a streetcar that I helped build.

Chris Lasher, Crew Lead: Electrical Sub-Assembly

"I've been here for about 14 years. I live in the New Bethlehem area with my wife and three kids. I went to Clarion County Career Center for welding. When the opportunity to work at BROOKVILLE came up, I applied for a welding position. I saw they were also looking for Machinists, so I applied for that too. I was hired as a Machinist and I learned everything on the job. I like the work I do and the people I work with - I also get to work about 15 feet from my little brother and my uncle, so that's pretty cool."

Jim Rominski, Machinist

"There's no other place around that does what we do here. I've been here for about five years, I get to work on some cool stuff with good people. When we did the Chattanooga incline, I got to go down there and work on it - it's pretty special seeing something you worked on out in the world."

Shannon Lansberry, Section Lead: Mechanical Assembler

"I've been here for almost four years. I'm originally from the east side of the state, closer to the New York border. Now, I live in Fryburg. I graduated from Clarion University. Before coming to BROOKVILLE, I was a librarian at the Clarion Free Library for five years, I still help out there sometimes. I love the people I work with here at BROOKVILLE, they are probably the majority of why I love my job."

Kelsey Tillery, Buyer

"I've been here for eight years. I worked as a drafter in oil & gas prior to coming to BROOKVILLE. I like the work environment here and the networking aspect of my job. I work with several companies to ensure our operations here run smoothly - it's a lot of logistics and I like that."

Lance Musser, Inventory Clerk
